Chef Katie just duked it out in the KMOV Food Fight Competition for the second year in a row with our all-new cappellacci pasta This dish features handmade cappellacci pasta filled with a goat cheese and parsnip puree, Meyer lemon cream sauce, guanciale, decadent forest mushrooms, and pea shoots.
