All of our food is made in a kitchen with flour, nuts, shellfish and pork in every station. If you are allergic to above, order at own discretion.
Due to limited seating, reservations will be required for inside and patio dining. Reservation times are limited to 1.5 hours, and we will not be able to honor late reservations. If weather closes the patio, reservations will be canceled.
Since the beginning Katie's has led the way in protecting its team and community with stringent COVID protocols. We all wear masks and gloves, we stay in our stations and keep our distance. We sanitize all surfaces constantly. We follow all CDC and St. Louis County guidelines and regulations and take this pandemic very seriously. We are proud of our efforts.
Upon the restaurants reopening, several safety protocols and rigorous sanitizing systems are now in place for the restaurants including: Shifting from reusable to disposable menus and installing advanced plasma filtration systems, holding daily management and staff meetings, taking staff temperatures before every shift, and requiring all staff to wear masks and change gloves before and after contact with each table. We request that guests please wear masks to and from their table, per county health recommendations. You may take off mask at table to enjoy your meal and conversation.
We politely discourage substitutions and modifications when placing online orders from restaurants at this time. Please be sparing and respectful, as we cannot accommodate or communicate all requests. Please also note that certain requests will require an upcharge at our discretion, so you may see a new total after ordering.
Frozen pizzas can only be ordered online through our frozen website at www.katiespizza.com. No curbside pick up for frozen at this time. Contactless delivery only. We are launching nationwide frozen shipping next week. Stay tuned.
We have streamlined our online ordering for reservation pick up. This is the best way to manage flow for our kitchen and our customers. If you do not see your desired time slot, check the other location. If that time slot is sold out as well then you will have to find an available time slot. Our best advice for guaranteeing your preferred time slot is to order early in the morning the day of.
Please make sure you gave correct make and model of your car. Arrive to location 5 min before pick up time. Park car close to front door. We will run order out to your car and place in open window or trunk. If we can’t find your car we will call the number you provided in your email.
Due to a high volume of phone calls and limited lines, we encourage online ordering only. We request you reserve phone ordering for those that do not have computer access. Do not leave orders on our answering machine. We only accept live call orders during business hours of online ordering at this time. If phone is busy that means that we are on all phone lines helping another guest and you will have to call back until you get through. Thank you for your patience.
We require a minimum tip of $1 or 1% at this time. This is to protect the livelihood of our servers and bartenders who are working extra hard during a difficult and uncertain time. Please be respectful of their hard work in following strong protocols to get you your food while protecting themselves and the community.
If you ordered frozen you will receive your package in 2-5 business days. We can not schedule specific times for delivery, and can not communicate exactly when your package will be delivered at this time. When your package is delivered you will receive an email, so make sure you give best email. Please don’t contact for delivery update unless your package is past due.
