Support Midtown Community Services This September!

Be sure to join us on September 26 for our next Giveback Tuesday event! We are partnering with Midtown Community Services at our Rock Hill location. This nonprofit organization provides multigenerational, community-centered programs to individuals, families, and children in St. Louis.

Twice a month, we’re proud to feature a local nonprofit charity and donate 100% of the earned proceeds from the entire day to the organization. Lunch, dinner, drinks, and carryout are all included. So far, Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria has donated $374,421.00 to nonprofit organizations here in St. Louis.

Funds raised from Giveback Tuesday will be used to support Midtown Community Services’ programs. This includes Family PRIDE, youth development programs, adult programs, and the City Greens Community Garden.

Family PRIDE has parenting classes, workshops, and playgroups. This program empowers new and expectant mothers to advocate for their families and create healthier outcomes for their babies.

Youth development programs consist of a summer camp program for ages 5 to 12 and afterschool programs for a range of grade levels. There’s Youth for K - 5th grade, Midtown Juniors for 6th - 8th grade, and Teen Club for 9th - 12th grade. Kids boost their learning and confidence through STEAM classes, tutoring, and college prep.

Adult programs include the Midtown Mamas Club and Midtown Men’s Club. Those who join participate in social activities, attend health and financial workshops, and volunteer in the communities they live.

That’s not all! There’s the 1/4 acre community garden known as City Greens Community Garden. Volunteers grow fresh produce that is provided to elderly and disabled residents free of charge. Plus, the garden serves as an outdoor classroom for the children in the youth development programs.

Be sure to mark your calendars for our Giveback Tuesday event in Rock Hill this September! 100% of earned profits will be benefiting Midtown Community Services and supporting the great work they do. Give us a call at (314) 942-6555 with any questions, and visit www.katiespizzaandpasta.com to make a dinner reservation or order curbside pickup. We look forward to seeing you there!
