You know it’s spring when people start going outside more to enjoy the fresh air and the vibrant colors that the season brings. We’re joining in the fun with our very own garden!
Our huge vegetable garden boasts squash blossoms, lavender, nasturtiums, heirloom tomatoes, Serrano peppers, basil, parsley, mint, Swiss chard, and eggplant. It’s not only a beautiful setting for patio dining, but it also provides fresh ingredients that will be used in our kitchen for specials like our watermelon salad!
As always, our picnic tables will be set up harvest-style with big pots of herbs separating the tables. We’ll also be having our “Party on the Patio” event every Wednesday and Thursday during the spring and summer months (weather permitting) from 6 to 9 p.m. Think parties on the park but cooler with mouth-watering, authentic Italian food, live bands, fabulous drink specials, friendly staff, and better parking! Best of all, no reservations are required.
It’s time to circle March 14 on your calendars! Our next Giveback Tuesday event is being held on Pi Day in celebration of pi and pizza pie. It’ll be at our Rock Hill location, and you won’t want to miss it! The profits will be donated to Project MEGSSS; its acronym stands for Mathematics for Education for Gifted Secondary School Students. This nonprofit organization inspires students in 3rd through 8th grade to think differently about mathematics and see how capable they are in the field of STEM.
Join Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria at our Town & Country location on February 21st for our monthly Giveback Tuesday event. This month's proceed are going to the non-profit Stray Rescue of St. Louis, a no-kill shelter that does whatever it takes to give animals a second chance at a happy life.
When you come to our Giveback Tuesday events, you’ll enjoy delicious, handmade Italian food and make a difference in your community at the same time! Be sure to join us on January 24 for the upcoming event at our Rock Hill location! The profits will be donated to Flance Early Learning Center, a nonprofit organization that ensures students are ready for kindergarten, meaning they have the physical, intellectual, and social-emotional tools needed to succeed in school.
