Our next Giveback Tuesday event will take place on October 22nd. This month, We are donating the day’s profits to Caring Solutions, Gateway Tykes on Trykes, and The Core Collective at St. Vincent.
Each month, we’re proud to donate 100% of the day’s profits from each of our three locations in Ballpark Village, Rock Hill, and Town & Country to three local nonprofit organizations through Giveback Tuesday. So far, we’ve donated $480,306 to St. Louis-area nonprofits.
Caring Solutions is dedicated to designing and providing services tailored to the unique needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling lives. Since 2001, the organization has provided 24-hour care for children and adults, primarily through small group homes. Funds raised from this event will support the daily needs of clients, such as sedation dentistry, furniture, and emergency placements. Caring Solutions serves 110 individuals annually and takes pride in creating individualized plans for each client. The organization’s Valentine Place Respite Home, the only one in Missouri, offers crucial short-term care for individuals in crisis and respite for full-time caregivers.
Gateway Tykes on Trykes has served St. Louis since 2015, providing adaptive tricycles at no cost to children with special needs. Every dollar raised goes directly toward putting a child on a trike. The organization, part of AMBUCS, includes pediatric therapists and volunteers who customize and deliver trikes based on each child's needs. Since its founding, they’ve distributed over 214 trikes. These tricycles help children with disabilities like cerebral palsy and Down syndrome improve strength, confidence, and coordination. All funds raised go directly toward making these life-changing trikes a reality for families in need.
The Core Collective at Saint Vincent is committed to improving well-being in St. Louis by enhancing healthcare, promoting equity, and empowering youth. Since its founding in 1850, The CC has evolved from an orphanage to a community hub, serving over 750 youth and families annually. Funds raised will support vital programs, including transitional housing, mental health services, and outreach to unhoused youth. The most rewarding part of The CC’s work is seeing alumni thrive. This fundraiser will also help launch a Youth Assessment Center to prevent juvenile justice involvement and foster lasting change.
