We’re excited to announce this month’s Giveback Tuesday, which is set for September 22! This time, we will be raising money for The Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas, a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to helping those who live with epilepsy or have loved ones with epilepsy.
The Foundation has been a big advocate of those who suffer from epilepsy since they began in 1955. They are made up of volunteers from all walks of life, and their Professional Advisory Board is made up of over 20 board certified epileptologists, pharmacologists, pediatric neurologists, social workers, nurse educators, and psychologists throughout Missouri and Kansas. They provide educational services, assist in researching for cures, and create various advocacy programs for those affected by epilepsy, which is the 4th most common neurological condition in the nation.
Giveback Tuesday is an event that we’re very passionate about. We truly believe that this is an amazing opportunity to reach out and help local organizations – places that have given so much to our community. So far, our #GivebackTuesday event has produced a whopping $37,000 for these local non-profit organizations.
Please join us and show your support for such an outstanding organization and the St. Louis community on September 22. The busier we are, the more money we can raise to help those who suffer from epilepsy. Remember: 100% of the profits from every purchase, whether it’s dine-in or carryout from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., will be donated. If you have any questions, please call us at (314) 942-6555 or find out more online at www.katiespizzaandpasta.com. You can learn more about The Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas at www.efmk.org.
We look forward to seeing you here!
Our upcoming Giveback Tuesday event will take place on July 23, and you won’t want to miss it! We are donating the day’s profits to Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis (BGCSTL), Gateway180, and the St. Augustine Wellston Center.
Let’s come together and help these charities fulfill their missions of inspiring youth to realize their full potential, empowering individuals to become permanently housed, and providing lower-income people with nutritious food.
What’s better than enjoying delicious, handmade Italian food? Supporting worthy causes at the same time! Funds raised at our next Giveback Tuesday event on May 28 will be donated to the Brain Injury Foundation of St. Louis, PGA REACH Gateway, and Vivent Health. Let’s come together and help meet the needs of individuals with brain injuries, impact the lives of youth, military, and diverse populations, and serve people impacted by HIV.
