We’re excited to announce that our chef, Katie Lee Collier, will be squaring off against chef Wil Pelly, executive chef of Sanctuaria, at Central Plat on Monday, March 23 here in St. Louis! She will be competing Chef’s Plate (link to: https://chefsroll.com/chefs-plate-series/chefs-plate-2), which is a unique traveling culinary competition that is hosted by Food Network’s Extreme Chef Terry French.
The competition is open to the public and will feature St. Louis celebrity judges, musical act Deal James, and custom cocktails from Cocktails-Are-Go. Guests are invited to walk the kitchen carpet and have the chance to meet with chef French and vote for their favorite chef.
At the Chef’s Plate event, guests take their first bite with their eyes as they walk the kitchen carpet and have the chance to mix and mingle with Chef French. In addition to custom cocktails from Cocktails-are-Go, guests will enjoy each chef’s presentation and cast their vote for their favorite.
Tickets are $60.00 per person and include dinner of chef’s presentation, entertainment, beer, wine and cocktail selections.
Our upcoming Giveback Tuesday event will take place on August 27, and you won’t want to miss it! We are donating the day’s profits to Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and the Harris House.
