Be Sure to Join Us for Our Next Giveback Tuesday Event on February 28!

Come join us this month for our February Giveback Tuesday, which is set for February 28. This month, our Giveback Tuesday event will benefit The Haven of Grace.

Every month, we are proud to feature a local nonprofit charity and donate 100% of the earned proceeds from the entire day to the charity. Lunch, dinner, drinks, and carry-out all go to the designated charity. We started Giveback Tuesday in July 2014 and have reached beyond our milestone of donating over $100,000 to local nonprofit charities!

Funds raised from this Giveback Tuesday event will be used to help The Haven of Grace support their core programs, which provide safe and healthy housing for homeless, pregnant women and their children. Their residential programs house women and children for up to 3 years and include case management and on-site therapy.

Founded in 1988, The Haven of Grace is located in Old North St. Louis and works with each woman to create and meet personal goals in the areas of parenting, health, education, employment, and finance. Additionally, the nonprofit organization’s Ten-Year Aftercare program provides a safety net of support to the women they’ve helped for up to a decade after they graduate from the residential programs.

The Haven of Grace can house 17 women and their children in their residential programs. Currently, the organization is caring for 45 women and 115 children in their aftercare program.

“If our families successfully complete all of our programs, we will be connected to them for up to 13 years,” said Kate Tichelkamp, Development Manager at The Haven of Grace. “This means that we get to see babies who were born here in the shelter reach adolescence. Most of our women come from generational poverty, and we can help break that legacy before it’s passed onto their children.”

Please join us in donating to The Haven of Grace. The more you order, the more money we can raise! Remember: 100% of the profits from every purchase, dine-in, and carry-out from open to close will be donated!

Please call us at (314) 942-6555 with any questions or visit us online at www.katiespizzaandpasta.com. Be sure to read more about The Haven of Grace and the great work they do by visiting www.havenofgracestl.org.

We hope to see you on February 28 at Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria in Rock Hill!

There’s a lot to be excited about this month. We opened our Ballpark Village location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 22, our third and biggest location with nearly 10,000 sq. ft. It’s located on Clark Ave, across the street from Gate 4 at Busch Stadium. We’re also now donating twice a month to a local nonprofit. Nonprofits that join the Giveback Tuesday program through the Ballpark Village location will be unique, with a focus on giving back to the city of St. Louis and youth sports programs.
