Our new burrata mozzarella plates are making a splash! On Wednesday, June 20 we were presented (via limousine no less) with the 2014 St. Louis Magazine A-List Award for New Menu Category. Each year these awards are given to the best of the best in the St. Louis region, and we couldn’t be more excited to have received one!
The star of our new menu category is, you guessed it, burrata mozzarella. Burrata is an Italian cheese with a solid outer shell and a creamy center. Each of these dishes features pure-white of burrata, as well other fresh ingredients like figs and prosciutto.
The creamy richness of burrata sets it apart from other cheeses. It has a sweet, milky flavor perfect for eating alone or paired with other foods. Come by and try one of our new burrata mozzarella plates or any of our other dishes made fresh in-house daily!
