Husband & wife team Ted & Katie Collier own Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria in St. Louis, MO. This family owned and operated restaurant is a successful, award-winning artisan Italian restaurant and bar that focuses on a modern interpretation of regional Italian cuisine using local, seasonal ingredients. Katie’s inspiration comes from her time spent living in Italy with her artist mother Belinda Lee.
Katie has received numerous awards for her cooking including Best Pizza & Best Pasta by Feast Magazine, Best Pizza by Ladue News, and A-List awards from St. Louis Magazine. She was also featured on the cover of Sauce Magazine.
In August 2015, Katie was a contestant on Esquire Network’s “The Next Great Burger” in which she won her episode and made it to the finale for her Italian inspired “Ciao Bella Burger.” Katie also has a series of hit cooking and restaurant videos on her Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Osteria Vimeo page with thousands of views and subscribers.
Today Katie’s focus is opening a second location, giving back to local charities through her successful “Giveback Tuesday Program,” and producing more cooking videos.
